The rooms very tired we were ground floor as I have mobility issues and we had a wet room which made life easier bar pool and dining room all very close.

The whole complex is huge with lots of levels and steep paths. Took us ages to find room as we were just given room number and leaflet nobody to show us where it was don’t think we would have found it if it hadn’t been for the maid we found. In the bar there was a stage but not any entertainment provided in the whole week despite the photos we had seen of entertainment on that very stage. We were not told of any entertainment until our last night when I asked if the stage was used only to be told that we had to go to a different hotel for entertainment. There was a snack bar but I was unable to get to it and the rest of the huge complex where pizza and other things were was totally inaccessible to me. The two drink per person rule at the bar is ridiculous as in a group of three or more no one person can get all the drinks. In the mornings dining room did not open till eight and for early risers like our group there was nowhere to get a coffee or other hot drink until then as bar coffee machine also turned off until 10a.m. We were told that we could contact reception by the phone in our room this in fact did not work and there was no table to put drinks etc on the patio first time in all hotels I have been too. Food was good for price but desserts choice limited unless you like mousse never any hot desserts.

Food good room comfortable entertainment standard for Mallorca reasonably positioned for beach or bus to Palma. Very clean and staff friendly and courteous.

    No complaints.

Stayed in Rio park lovely updated room and balcony. Animation team at night was okay the spanish really brightened the nights up with there dancing and joviality. Overall had a brilliant week. The bar staff are excellent.

The hotel should really have opened the other pools with sunbeds to provide for the amount of guests. Also perhaps a good idea to put menus up out side dining room for the day would have been nice.

Clean room and generally clean toilets on premises. Friendly helpful staff on reception and in dining area but not on the bar.

Very basic and dated hotel. Very basic and minimal facilities ie ancient TV in room, one single old hot tub in hotel. The food was the worst hotel food I have ever tasted and very low quality compared with other 3* Spanish hotels. There was very little variety and almost the same every day. I love most desserts that exist but and I couldn't eat any of the desserts here. There was only sickly sweet tasteless cake, jelly with colouring but seemingly no flavour, fresh fruit or different types of Panacotta sort of sloppy stuff. For all inclusive they serve cheap weak versions of alcohol in tiny children's plastic cups and the bar staff were very rude when we asked about this. The so called cocktails are coming from a vending machine behind the bar and don't seem to contain alcohol. The staff can't tell you what is actually in the cocktails they just say the machine makes it. The gym is not really a gym it is a normal room with 2 treadmills and an exercise bike. There is one hot tub in the whole hotel which you have to prebook days in advance. This hotel is for old people over 50. The hotel is neglected completely in the winter months. We went in february when the weather is 18degrees and only one restaurant and bar was open. All snack bars and shops in the hotel were derelict and the vending machines completely empty. The outside bar wasn't open either. The pools had been neglected and had dirt in them. The only entertainment was bingo and local Spanish ballroom music and a little Spanish pop. It was simply quite terrible. The most basic it could possibly be and very clearly a budget hotel. All the nearby facilities in restaurants shops bars waterparks are closed unless it's april-September so it's difficult to find anything to do or anywhere to eat or drink. You have to get a 20euro taxi into Palma for even a restaurant but still hard to find a bar that's open or any other facility other than shops.

Good location, close to bus route to Palma, freindly staff 24 hrs, good onsite facilities, clean and comfortable room, pools onsite, good food - Martin is a chef in the UK and particularly liked the bean soup! Good selection of meals at each sitting. Safe in room to rent and keep valubles safe. Would recommend to friends and would also stay here again in the future. 24 hr reception who let us into the restaurant at 4.30am and also booked us a taxi for 5.00am to get us to the airport.

Сould have done with a double instead of twin beds and the twin beds were a little uncomfortable.

    Very good

It appeared to be an all inclusive hotel. All types of alcohol were free and all meals where included. That was a nice surprise.

I must say this place was not for us with a little baby. The standard was not too good really, but I guess you get what you pay for. It was very cheap with all included. It was not a real restaurant but more like a big room with a buffet. It was very big and drunk englishmen and germans everywhere. I was very disappointed with the tenniscourt also. We hade planned a seven day stay, but moved after one night.

    Fabulous

Friendly staff, good deal/value. Helpful that coffee/sodas/juices for "all inclusive" were self service, so basically no wait for non-alcoholic beverages. Tile floor in room was nice, never felt crowded despite lots of guests. Several pools, pretty much always food available during the day, availability of pic-nic lunches were all fantastic, as well as theme-night dinner (Mexican).

Buffet restaurant food was more or less at room temperature and sometimes bland. Pools close at 7.30pm already.

    Very good

Location ok, 10 minutes from the airport to hotel by public bus, just 2 euro, city centre, aquarium, beach near. Big territory, 3 swimming pools, Russian personnel on a reception, meals all including but not always tasty.

    Fabulous

De locatie is geweldig. Voedsel is goed.
